I swear there are SO MANY people who either ignore that people are fucked up or just don't know. I think us users are much better at it than the general population.
 
Went to the pharmacy to pick up my refill for 30 kpins and when I got to the counter the pharmacist told me that he prescribed me 3 months worth of kpins. Per my dosing instructions of 2 a day. for 3 months, thats 180 kpins. I am now looking at this massive bottle of treats and its looking at me back. I am smiling. nomnom

But even better, just had my last dance with one of the last of the last insufflatable Opana 40s available around these parts. Just took 20mg up the nose (= 80mgs of oxycodone). Oxymorphone makes heroin look pale in comparison IMO! unless it's IV heroin then it's debatable.
