Good morning guys and gals :)

I had a pretty good weekend. My xanax wd does seem to be worse at times. Pins and needle sensations on and off. I can hardly take it anymore.... It will be over soon enough though so im alright.

What did everyone do this weekend?

Doc appt tomorrow - can finally see about tapering off Tram and onto ODT (hoping it works as an ER medication) and hydrocodone / ibuprofin for mornings & BT pain or end of the day. Basically 1 5mg for the AM and 1 5mg to be used as needed. My doc is kind of a moron, so it's 50/50 sadly.. :|

How are you laC? Other than high as a kite. ;) Really glad that you're back around, btw. Was quite gutted when you fell off the face of the social earth (we were getting v worried).

been exercising daily and been hanging out with some new sober peoples so its been goood :)

oxy and tramadol...i like :)
 
I don't like how the Tramadol affects my mood - going to request a switch to o-desmethyl-Tramadol under those grounds. And it's apparently more effective. I'm Rx'd 200mg/day, but take 250-350mg/day and it doesn't really help with my pain. It does, but 75% at most; even then it doesn't really kick in until after dinner-time. ~6pm. So I'm in pain all day until like late afternoon - early evening. So I'm going to try to get some hydrocodone for quick action / get my ass going.

lol @ asking for o-desmethyltramadol...will your doctor even know what that is? hopefully so!
how many times per week do you exercise, and how's your diet?

Is it that unheard of? Bah, now I'm a somewhat hesitant. Whatever, guess I'll try anyway. After this appt if I don't feel things are going well I'm going to stop seeing him.

I don't exercise so often, but I work on my car nearly every day. Get a lot of cardio in the bedroom - that count? ;) :p Diet is good - albeit sparse in most's eye I'd imagine. I don't eat as much as I ought to, but I don't eat just crap when I do (2 meals per day typically). I'm ~6' and 160lbs (closer to 155 during the lazy winters).

I'm alright, I'm wanting off these medications though. I was just switched from celexa to effexor because I was becoming depressed (I was on celexa for anxiety). Which doesnt make sense to me because their not very different. And I'm taking Depakote which I'm no even sure is doing anything. I miss the old days where the only dugs I took were for fun lol.
 
Bupe, medicinal, DPH, and some cigs got me feelin' pretty nice. Going to cure my munchies with a footlong sub.

Hows everyone doing in BDD this evening?
 
Damn I really want a sub. And a Suboxone.

Oh wait, I just took some Suboxone. The strips. Yum.

Buprenorphine + coffee + dextroamphetamine + clonazepam, yo.

Medicinal MJ is available in Ohio now?

Well my CT scan showed that my C5,6,7,8 are all bulging and encroaching on my spinal nerve.

It's not as bad as first thought though.

Got a script of xanax filled and I have 5 repeats of 20x30/500 codeine and APAP, which means i have 6 scripts for that and also one for 30/450/10 codeine APAP and doxylamine.

Bleugh. Codeine. So what... I have 4200mg of codeine. :|
 
Not medicinal that can be legally obtained in Ohio. Comes from the beautiful state of Cali. Bupe and coffee, always a good combo.
 
Man, trips, that sucks... I have a similar situation in my back, nine discs ruptured and encroaching on spinal cord. Anyway, I have had some limited success with those epidural injections....they can do up to three in a year. It helped for sure. Other than that, I take roxi all the time....
 
I know, work has been killing me! I had two years of laying around with my back injury, now that I am back at work, my pain level is through the roof! It is really draining. How are you doing?
