Haha I keep considering getting mine pierced then chickening out. All my piercings have been fine til my conch which fucking killed, so scared now!

I hit 8000 posts without even noticing! I have no life clearly :| haha..
 
I never got any piercings. Maybe I should. No idea where it would be, though, and i've always thought i'd rather spend my money on drugs.
 
I love my conch too, is def my fave :D weirdly the only one my parents don't approve of..

I currently have 5 piercings in, and another 4 lobe piercings currently sans jewellery. I want more!
 
Hehe I think I am approaching the limit of what I can get away with. Contemplating tongue but it was fucked up by a trainee piercer last time.. ouchhhh
 
Wooo finally a doctor that's willing to help me and allow me to continue my daily 10mg of diazepam while putting me on bupe maintenance.

The other heartless, money-hungry doctor told me to withdrawal off Valium in a week and come back (I've been on benzodiazepines for 1.5-2yrs!) Fucking dummy.

Tell me how the kratom goes for you man! How are you ingesting it?

@BDD- Is there any synergy between kratom and bupe? Getting on bupe maintenance tmrw! Time to clean up my life, get the energy to get job and start getting my life in order.

*Edit: Oh capsules! my bad missed that. The grapefruit juice conction is vile to drink, but kicks in fast af. I'd rather pop the caps though. I gagged with every sip/gulp

I've mixed low doses (~1mg) of buprenorphine with kratom before and it worked out pretty well. I already had the bupe in my system though...don't take kratom and then bupe...take the bupe then the kratom.

I imagine higher doses of buprenorphine would just block the kratom's effects....do you know what dose you're going to be put on?
 
@NT- I'll definitely give it a try. I really enjoy the tramadol + bupe combo. Not sure yet. Daily: I use up to a half gram of heroin or more depending on if IV or insufflated/smoked ROA, 60-90+ (higher dosage preferebly, but Roxi 30's are far too expensive these days around my city) of oxycodone, 20-40mg of insufflated oxymorphone ect. What would bupe dosage would you guesstimate?
 
Well most doctors like to go for 8mg a day (maybe more depending on if you get relief from 8mg) but you'll probably be started on the 8mg tablets (or maybe the film).

You won't need 8mg though...I'd say that 0.5-0.6mg buprenorphine (snorted) is equal to 20mg or so oxycodone oral (estimation based on my experiences) so if you're using, say, 60mg oxycodone, that's only 1.5mg buprenorphine....ish....
