Wow. Its been around 80 all week now hitting 42*f this weekend. I like warm weather. Thats why i live here :) i also love rain but we dont get much of that.

104hot as hell.

It feels so good for the wd to be almost over.

I feel pretty normal, no more electricity :), no jumping at every sound im free from xanax and suboxone at last :)

Never again will i be on any medication daily. Ever. From now on I am a party recreational user only :)

diphen makes me feel like crap

... must go find booze, or weed unfortunately what i've got is a little more sativa than i prefer - not as helpful for short term fixes when i need sleep

alcohol, mirtazapine, nicotine, caffeine, and propanolol today zzz

i hate all those drugs but it helps me stay somewhat sober... except i killed about a fifth a vodka today lmao. that isn't really being sober 8)
 
Seeing the doctor on monday.

The osteopath wouldn't say much but she was fairly negative overall and I have to see her on monday, wednesday and friday this week...
 
Best of luck, hope it doesn't turn out to be as bad as it sounds, back and neck pain are a bitch, I've had knee problems for years but at least you can get some relief when sitting down !!
 
Come on BDD, it's a weekend, everyone take some drugs and turn this social into a party.

I am happy today, mescaline afterglow, the sun is shining and I love my sexy new laptop (people are sick of me saying this now :D )

Plus the phone I thought I lost on Thurs turns out to be at my mate's :)
 
I'm making the best of it before I start my Diaz taper got all my jobs out of the way, let Mrs atm have a lye in cleaned and cooked time for a few blues me thinks and a sit on the sofa for a bit and watch Cbeebies with the little one whilst I wait for the Virgin media guy to show up.
