Does ODT have SNRI activity like regular old tramadol does?

I was told it doesn't, think it was mentioned in the thread in OD about it. I am not sure though. It might do, the headache could also be from the cider last night too and general last of fluids.

Pretty good thank you, enjoying some bupe and awaiting arrival of my boyfriend and a couple of mates this evening :) got some cleaning to do between now and then, but meh..

Big carnival/street party on in my city this weekend, can't wait - Brazillian-style procession, huge soundsystems in the streets, everyone getting nicely wrecked in the sunshine (I hope), lots of Caribbean food - it's awesome! Pretty excited :D

How are you C2tL? (Or do you prefer Cane? Haha)
 
^^I'm sure it is! That's where mine was coming from, as drinking water has all but knocked it down. :)

:D it's gonna be epic! Got a ridiculous brightly coloured outfit sorted, kinda wish I had something psychedelic to take but would probably be a bit too much, haha..

Either way is fine although cane is used more commonly. You're actually the first to ask my preference - what a sweetheart!

I'm doing well - looking forward to receiving some kratom and kava tomorrow (hopefully tomorrow... its a holiday weekend so I think the PO is closed monday and tuesday).

It's HOT. AS. FUCK. here so I'm staying in the air conditioning. It's supposed to get up to 97 degrees with a heat index of 106 (that's 36 degrees celsius but it will feel like 41)!
 
This ODT is feeling a bit better than usual today, took 50mg a few hours ago then just topped it up with 75mg. Think I will be getting my nod on soon.

Just watchd the first mens semi-final of Wimbledon, was a great match, so exciting :)
 
Good morning yalll well its 1120 here ha o well. Another beautiful day here in Ohio. Im feeling good this morning after drinking alot last night. Slept in alot woke up to some suboxone and a bowl of weed, this is the last of mine to NT! O and Transformers was pretty cool all the 3d action and graphics n all that was what made it though.

Are you into tennis mugz or do you just enjoy watching it?

I have not tried either kava or kratom. Am making myself look very inexperienced today, first not tried soma, now this.. hehe. Hope they arrive for you tomorrow! Do you recommend em?

I'm enjoying my buprenorphine a lot today altho I suspect I would have been a little more productive without it.. could still do with some amphetamine to help me clean up but I guess I'll just have to do it the regular way, boo..

Gonna get my hands on some ODT myself soon Mugz, am looking forward to it, sadly I fear my tolerance is a bit higher than yours :( should be fun though, new opiate!

And blimey Cane I thought it was hot here, that's insane!

Both, I love watching it when there are good matches being played with lots of exciting ralleys and points. Also play a bit too, am having lessons at the local gym to try and improve my game and have played a few matches with some people at the gym too. :)

Just realised that I am meant to have a tennis lesson in an hour and a half but I think my intake of ODT will probably make be a bit unfit for tennis. Also the next Semi Final will most likely still be playing so I will be watching that.

Ooo right on. Im about the same minus the lessons part. Tennis is such a good sport i wish i would have realized that in highschool. I love how its a one person sport which ive come to realize i much prefer to team sports. I just like getting out to the courts on a nice day with a friend and get a nice volley going and a lil workout in. I also loveee ping pong!

Whats this ODT your on?
 
Cool, tennis is really fun, I love playing, there is one guy that I play that is abotu the same ability as me so we actually have some good ralleys rather than one match I played and got crushed.

ODT is o-desmethyltramadol :) A tramadol analogue that is legal in the UK, not sure about legality around the world.
 
Whaatt. Dang i get realllyy positive effects from tramadol too. But that was before i started abusing oxymorphone kinda heavily. I always got an unusually big moodlift and i got painkilling effects and a nice energy boost...i bet i would still get good effects.

How does it effect you? Have you found its different than tramadol?

Kratom is pretty nice for those without opioid tolerances and in my view, good quality kratom is on par with opioids such as hydrocodone. I used opioids for about 4 years daily for chronic pain and have since reserved them for very occasional use and my tolerance has remained close to baseline for a couple years now.

Kava is very nice - its very mild and on it's own doesn't do a whole lot unless you have great, fresh kava but I enjoy it with kratom, pot (when i still partook more regularly) and other substances. Kratom can give me a bit of a headache and isn't as sedating as other opioids so the kava accentuates it very well and both are readily available, cheep and not tested for.

I don't get wildly high off either (or the combination) but since I have chronic pain they take the edge off nicely and are relaxing.

It takes away all feelings of depression and gives me a great feeling of euphoria at the dose I have taken today. Small doses can provide just the antidepressent effect but without any other effects.

It seems to feel more like a real opiate than tramadol, I liked tramadol too but this seems so much better. I don't have a huge amount of opiate experience although I think a lot of people would say that this is a much better alternative to tramadol.

I've not tried hydrocodone - have had codeine, dhc, tramadol, oxycodone, fentanyl, buprenorphine and heroin. Am guessing somewhere above codeine but below oxy?

Kratom + kava combo, in fact, definitely sounds interesting. You have sold it to me, I'm going to investigate :)

I'm really sorry to hear about your chronic pain though, and I'm really glad you've found something to take the edge off. Got me fingers crossed that they arrive for you tomorrow!

On that list I'd say (from what I've heard) it's likely closest to DHC but I haven't had the pleasure. I have used everything else on that list and I'd say it's similar to tramadol in that it can be a little stimulating but more potent mu agonism/opioid effects. They vary by strain and such but the main alkaloid, 7-hydroxymitragynine is 17x more potent than morphine although its present in small amounts and other alkaloids can produce side effects if you take large doses of whole kratom.

Just be weary of where you're getting it and do your homework, there are lots of inferior products out there, especially commercially available kava sold in health food stores and such (at least in the states here).

Don't be sorry! I'm doing great. I had to use a cane for 5 years but I'm not using that anymore and have been very active playing basketball and such lately. I also got off all Rx medications close to 2 years ago and I've been managing very well :)

I've come A LONG way so no reason to be sorry! Thank you for the sentiment however.
