The art of score?

the ghetto isnt that scary, its where i go to get my crack and coke. once you learn how everything works, its real easy and should be smooth everytime after that. i have yet to get ripped off once, EVERYTIME i go the bottles are big and the coke/chrills are good, so cheap and easy makes you just want to hop in your car and get on the turnpike and proceed north. there have been close calls before but ive yet to have problems, my friend who i go with has been doing it for years and has seen lots of crazy shit go down, once he went to one of the crack houses to get an ounce of raw and instead he got a burner to his head and robbed for his money, and he left. another time my friend got pulled over after just getting the coke. the cop asked him if he had something on him and he said "yes sir 20 bottles of cocain"..... anyway to make a long story short, the cop wound up giving my friend money that was marked, my friend went back to the same corner and got the coke, drove away and winked at the cop when he left, and they got away without even talking to the cop again.

Actually I have found that you can get good shit in the ghetto if you're buying heroin, weed, or cocaine... crack can be the exception - if you dont look like the type thats capable of returning with a gat and blasting someone, you might find yourself buying pieces of wax .. it can also be very dangerous - depite what others say, a white boy in the ghetto is a target for people that may want to jack you .. if you stay in your car, window rolled half way down, seatbelt on, and dont put it in park (just put yer foot on the break keeping one over the gas!) you should be cool... of course you want to have exact change in hand, and don't have a wad - no more then you're willing to lose! Don't ever front and don't let Darnell or Tyrone in your car - if they have to "go get it from my dawgs house" they are not legit - street slingers will have the shit on them, it's how they make their living (that and welfare/selling food stamps) .. still, as JF said, you will usually get your shit with no problem - to these people it's BUSINESS.. they don't want to spend any more time at your window then they have to, and they want you to return because when they supply good shit, it makes for repeat customers .. as I said, the crackheads can be the exception and they may flake out, but when I was buying heroin off the streets, I NEVER had a problem... I would slowly cruise by flicking the lighter, I would pull up to the side with my window half way down.. someone would approach and I would say "I need a 20 of boy" or "I need 20 worth of gear" .. you hand them the bill and they would toss the wrap (or wraps) in your lap or hand it to you between their knuckles (or something easy, with minimal contact) ..
What else... um, make sure you specify what you want, don't just give a dollar amount or something.. it helps if you're up on all slang since these people will often sketch out - as for whats "current" and "hip" in your hood, well, ask around!

If you are white and rolling the streets trying to buy some hard or some boy, it helps if you are smoking a blunt in your car, it makes them a lot less paranoid and they will hook you up straight...
 
i disagree with phreex, everytime i scored rock off the street it was always DEBO and good shit too, easily come back and sell the nicks of coke/crack all day as dimes. my friends dad bought 2 nicks of crack from us for 15 bucks, said that thats how much crack he gets out of cooking back a gram of the garbage coke he gets.
 
blah-- I jus wanna let you know, I love reading your posts... they're extremely informative, seeing as you're a seasoned drug-user and not sum fuck-nut; you have *real* advice as opposed to the the way you "should" or are "supposed" to do things--because we all know that nobody does it the "correct" way, they do it the REAL way. :) I appreicate your posts, and enjoy them thoroughly.
