I hear ya, I constantly wake up in the middle of the night sweating with my heart beating like hell and just frantic about stuff, until today I used to get up and just roll with it...do stuff around the house. Today was the first day I just stayed in bed and toughed it out didnt get much sleep after that but I did get some. I have really bad anxiety as is even before I was doing pills so I know how you feel and honestly theres nothing that helps me besides substances (xanx, weed) as much as exercise. Shit just walking or riding my bike for 10minutes felt better and reduced some of the anxiety.
