SpiritSupreme said:Hello everyone on Bluelight! I have been having crack cravings for the past few days and I can imagine lighting up and hearing the "shaking noise" i get when i inhale a good chunk of rock.. However, I am afraid constant use of crack will hurt my health long term or mentally hurt me and make me addicted.. How do you all suggest I can stop thinking about this drug?
I don't want to use it.. What are all your thoughts on crack as well?

SpiritSupreme said:Hi all, Jay here.. I want to express to you that I went to AA/NA for drug reasons.. Why AA? I was told it could be better and less prone to temptation. Well, both places really failed because I did not want to believe in the methodologies offered by both programs. Now, after going for over a year and stopping a few months ago, do you think I should really believe I am a "addict"? I feel if I do believe it, I get more tempted to go out because then my identity kinda bases itself around being an addict.. I don't think that's true about me.
Who am I ? Well, I trade in the financial markets for a living(at least starting to) so I guess if you were to label me, I'm a trader.. Not an addict.
How do you all think I can believe I am a normal person again and not this mysterious "addict" that NA claims me to me.

That's it.
Really understand what that means and you will be rid away from any so called "addictions"
Addictions don't exist. They are only false creations in your mind.
Crack doesn't even exist anymore.. It never did exist. It is all what you imagined in your mind.. that is what created a so called "addiction".
This is the answer .
