You wouldn't, Crackers. What you would have is a PM inbox 10x the size of non-staff members which is a lotta room for a lotta drama from a lotta people I can assure you.
Have nothing to add on the Summer thing but would echo the let's just move along now, the world is still on its axis, everybody has their ups and downs, we're about as expert as it gets when it comes to drama so no real need to keep working so hard at it, and nobody should be posting PMs publicly whatever the situation cos it is against the rules. But mostly, as with all EADD drama, this is nothing more than next week's chip wrappers. The ignore function is there for a reason so if there are people rubbing each other up the wrong way (fnarr, etc) then please make use of said ignore function before Google Images runs out of lobster pix.
That aside, I'm not actually angry about anything so will go not be angry in a more appropriate thread.
