In general I used TRT to bridge between various cycles; sometimes for quite long periods, so I wasn't really 'on' all the time in the sense of running a non-stop cycle.

As far as PCT, I really don't bother. It never made much difference to my recovery even in the years before I decided to stay on year round.

I see, thanks... 11 years you're almost a novice..Lol ... Think I'm approaching my 34th year.. :)

I'm debating the blast n cruise route as realistically it's the only way to go if one is serious. 34 years of poking your ass with pins, goddam. Any repercussions from the pins?

I'm guessing hes got leather for skin in the glutes area lol.

EDIT: Sero- I have been doing the blast and cruise thing for a few years ( fraction of of GFs time ) but from my perspective there are some down points, as when you have to travel or other situations where you would be away for an extended time, but other then the monetary issue and the fact that you have to get bloods done regularly. The down side isn't that bad. I watch my cholesterol like an older man because these compounds mess with the levels, and I watch my intake of alcohol and the like but you do that any way if your training hard. Aside from being overly concerned with making sure I have the proper materials at hand its not that bad if you take a balanced approach and don't get carried away. My advice run a few cycles get used to going on and off then see if its for you or not by beginning to run longer cycles, ease into it.

Used to have huge lumps of scar tissue in my quads, but have rotated last few years so they've mostly subsided.... Due to greater knowledge in more recent years regarding bioavailability of glutes, its glutes ED... No issues as yet... apart from being fucking old..!!

lol Glad I'm not the only one that read the more avail in the glutes thing, starting to get leathery skin in two spots on both sides but fuck it, starting to go away with the HGH lol

Jesus. I can only imagine the wealth of knowledge and experience in that crowd (if one were to seek it). Some of them have been on longer than I've been alive.

Seriously. Those are the guys we need more of. Cats like them and GF. Just tons of anecdotal info and application. Bloody 'ell. I do that all the time with my father hes been off and on for 40+ years, his group of guys still talk and train. Really interesting, its a treat to lift with them to be honest you get stories of Zane, Franco, Mike Mentzer really interesting side stories. Its like a list of forgotten techniques but I digress. We should encourage some of our older cats on here to post up more. . .

Yeh... find out what you can before we all croke it..lol

I really didn't mean it to come out like that LOL. I was just saying I end up learning more from some of these guys then any where the fuck else. I lift with my father daily tbh, he keeps my form strict and I make him work harder its a good give and take, but there are a few of my mates and his that when we lift together its like a master class for us and they get to pass on the stories and shit its pretty interesting. They gym is a new one but the owner is from way back, cool dude, but I love some of the older ways for shit, the look was denser not that Yates or El Sonbaty weren't dense its just the look of guys like Columbu or Robby Robinson, they just had a certain look that has been lost, and the Zane or Nubret look is long gone, with mass being key. But again I digress, I like the older guys, they train more goal oriented less erratic know how to train around a torn peck or inflamed joint ( after 30 its down hill and granted I'm 30 but I have some serious shall we say life "experience" that has me banged up) Any way to the point I need to get some of these cats posting, I like hearing from people that have handled the situation a dozen times with less options then are available now. Maybe its the anthropologist in me that wants to get the info down for posterity or if I am just deferential I donno but some of this shit is a dying art and it would be remiss of us as a community to let the knowledge die out.
