The Accord of Serenity

Cast aside in the clouded snow,
The accord of serenity fragmented by incapacity,
By fog,
And the fog will persist,
And the fog comes up from the tideway.

The accord of serenity fragmented by trees
Trees that flourish in the snow,
Meandering trees that were once young like you,
And although they stand sky-high and majestic,
Their trunks endure testament of treachery –
Faces painted red – though not all are grinning.

The accord of serenity fragmented by a glimpse -
Only when alone and wet in a lost world of sad tears.
The realization that dusk will no longer touch
Graces of the mind. And it begins to rain…

The accord of serenity fragmented by rain,
The search for shelter fruitless today,
Drops whisper into my ear as they fall before my eyes,
We are the trees of the tears not cried.
But not today…

^This is just breathtaking..very intense imagery; I found I had to read and digest this in parts, it was so powerful.
Very heavy, and not for faint hearted to attack and try to understand, or at least ingest what's said.

I don't think you'll get a great deal of responses for this one - - - and I think you'll know why.
It's a very demanding piece - and it takes time and fortitude to appreciate it in the way that one know's it should be.

I love the words you've used.
Just amazing. -=Warm hugs=-
