Cheers for the reminder! I decided to check out my knees after reading your post and they are indeed a wee bit purple, but I have been sitting on them for the past twenty minutes. I'm actually being relatively conservative with it, compared to when I was taking the stuff last year. A good example is how I told you I spent five hours building a shameful tab mountain - I didn't dose or even smoke a cigarette in that time. It was 3.5g on Saturday and it's now probably just less than 2g (I've had some since I last weighed it).
It's the first proper batch I've had since I swore off it in August last year. The only other stuff I've had was my free gift from a vendor. I am expecting maybe a week-long depressive episode when I run out but that will pass.
As for the essential supplements you mention, I am doing quite well on the eating front. Despite the photograph Josh posted, I managed to re-heat and eat a Domino's from last night. Also, as I've mentioned before - I've been drinking two Complan a day which has 26 different vitamins and minerals added to it. This is the nutritional value per serving, not including the milk and wee bit of ice cream I add.
I know it's lacking in a number of B vitamins but it goes down easier than water and it's as good as a light meal when the 3-FPM removes my appetite for solid food.
Complan is a great choice and one I would heartily recommend, however you really are negating a lot of the benefits by not filling in the nutrient gaps. Washing down a handful of capsules with a viscous, tastebud-drowning protein shake is as simple as it is effective, takes nigh on zero extra effort and ensures adequate absorption and utilisation of each component. Calcium Carbonate and Chelated Magnesium top my list of necessities for a frolic in the fiend fields, increased BA, improved concentration, reduced stress on the cardiopulmonary system, no dopamine-diarrhoea, far less muscle tension and general peripheral adrenergic stimulation....
The list goes on, as does I.
So about 300-500mg/day vapourised? While it's certainly more than could ever be considered benign or remotely advisable I wouldn't personally think it
excessive to a clinically dangerous degree. The plateau in positive activity tends to poke the pulverised remnants of impulse-control and reward processing behaviours and laugh at the futile scrabbling to expel any remotely worthwhile amount of Dopamine after around the 750-1000mg/day mark IME. It took far longer than it should have done to realise that multiplying the dosage is absolutely pointless due to the massive acute release adding to the eternal lingering metabolic products pumping out DA as fast as it can be produced. There is no efficient storage, no stockpile, just a drawn-out dopamine depleting dance with noradrenergic dirtiness, with a free serving of downstream desensitisation long after your return to "sobriety"!
Bx are exactly what is needed though, much more than the rest, due to functioning in the synthesis of the biogenic amines each lungful trades for its toxicity. Get as fat as you want, without providing the relevant precursors to the economy of euphoria there is nought but an extension of the disgraceful crash and minimal enjoyability to be expected.
I may type up a piece on nutrition and supplementation in a more detailed essay format later on, it would form invaluable revision material for myself and could be of interest and, even, value to someone.
The concept of food is the only issue, the actual eating is surprisingly easy. Nothing like MDMA and a digestive biscuit, for example...
The tabs reproduce like bacterial cultures, each genesis and generation consisting of the original with a slight mutation buried somewhere in the microuniverse of its D/RNA - they never seem to be filled with my own work though. I can sit and stare at a text box for hours, think of a reply and never actually transfer it from cortex to keyboard.
