The 3-FPM Discussion Thread V2. Fumes of Fiend Fuel

Some stim (3-f or 4MPH....i forget). Anyway it made the BBC northeast news. I imagine 300 is a massive unestimate as most people wont tell you want that theyve had not that the paras would bave much of a clue anyway.

Really? I was under the impression that stimulants are very rarely fatal, unless there is some underlying heart condition. But I know bugger all, so any info is much appreciated.

Jokes aside it is vital to ascertain which drug was implicated, at what dose range, other psychoactives, medication interactions, incidences of misadventure etc etc.
This would be the first fatality related to 3-FPM that I am aware of but we can do very little without being sure it wasn't a Phenidate analogue.

I for one very much doubt it was related to 3fpm - but as you say, we need to know.

Let's be impartial rather than jumping to say how unlikely it is drugs have actually killed someone. We might take them ourselves but there is no denying stims are dangerous, prolonged use or first time user more so. You don't know any of the circumstances yet, drugs do kill people, even if like you said it's mostly down to either using irresponsibly or some underlying condition.

Yes sir Sid!

The personal, social, cultural, ethical and assorted other factors suffixed by "al" arguments are secondary right now IMO. What matters is accurate, reliable, clear, detailed and valid information.

Sorry FUBAR wasn't trying to be a dick. It's just us showing bias is not objective it's the sort of ammunition the likes of that Perkins character use against the board.

Realistically, we're not going to get that level of information are we?

I'm turning up only blanks when searching - G, are you absolutely certain of implication of either of the two stimulants?
All I can find is a worrying amount of Heroin overdoses in the North, and the North East having the highest amount, within the last month or two.

I found a fair amount of stuff about non-lethal incidents with RCs in Newcastle, but I couldn't see anything about a death in that region. Substances involved weren't named though.

As I've ranted about before, the term "RC" used freely and without specificity is infuriating.
Non-lethal RC incidents, to my mind at least, are common in SCRA use due to vendors fucking up volumetric dosing (if a child can make cordial then a business can mix solvent, target molecule, and carrier with similar ease), completely false lists of contents, inherent anxiety due to the unknown and panic attacks induced by overdosing. It is well accepted that a vast number of instances requiring medical attention occur. The first reported fatality after ingestion of a niche drug with the only "data" being conjecture via extrapolation and limited SAR and a toxicological profile of nil pois is big news though.
