RCs The 2-Methyl-2-butanol Thread

so 10ml is the starting dose?

Hi,

10ml is rather a dangerous knock-out dose than a the starting dose.
You should start very low (under 1ml) and then increase the dose slowly.

Yesterday I tested 2M2B with a friend. We both started with 0,5ml and increased the dose up to 5ml within 3 hours.
It kicked in faster than alcohol and was a pleasant buzz, but I can not say very much after this one experiment.
I had no problems combining it with low amounts of caffeine, nicotine, cannabis and nitrous oxide.
Combining it with nitrous oxide is a waste of money in my opinion. No need to try this one again.

Even twelve hours after ingesting the last dose my breath smelled a bit nasty, but other people did not notice.
It reminded me of the odor after using diethyl ether, just not that bad. ;)

i got a 10ml sample sometime last year and it did nothing for me i did not get drunk at all i remember posting in here in another post about it and got told because at the time i was have a 1/4 bottle of scotch for my breakfast to sort of forget it as it would not hit me .

In the 1800's, 2-methyl-2-butanol(2m2bOH) was used recreationally by medical practitioners. It might have been used recreationally by people in 1990's laboratories. I don't care if it taste chemical. I'm considering getting some 2m2bOH soon and measuring equipment, but I'm just too chicken for now. From studying intently, it has no toxic aldehydes, less(or no) hangover, less side effects, and feels more clear headed, euphoric and focused. Although sedation is high, it would still be fun to try.
I can picture a 1990's laboratory with mad scientists with their lab equipment laughing maniacally as they hold their test tubes. Then after the test tubes go empty, they talk in their obscure chemistry lingo as every word becomes easier to say than the last. Then people questioning how those people become so social "overnight" and talking to whoever is there, the comfort zone temporarily broadening enough while others on ethanol wonder if they'll ever reach that level without looking foolish.
I hate how I always tend to procrastinate. I wasted 3 years doing nothing in life. At least I used some of that time to study many things online about chemicals. They seem almost like keys.
Ethanol is deathanol! I'll refer to ethanol as "Deathanol" sometimes. Maybe I shouldn't have had that energy drink. I might be over-typing.
Side note: Nitrous oxide is a stratospheric gas. It would be interesting if it adopts the name "stratosphere" as a code term. 2m2b is like 2-methyl-2-butene. That's why I refer 2-methyl-2-butanol as 2m2bOH. EtOH is Ethanol.

2-methyl-2-butanol seems like a flying molecule or dove to me. Starting dose is like 2ml to 5ml. Doses above 8ml seem deadly.

I've done 2-methyl-2-butanol(2m2bOH) once in a while. The highest dose I used was 6ml. I've done 3.5ml last friday. I always add it to 5ml to 10ml of vodka and add it to juice. It taste horrible! Try to focus on the hint of mint flavor and not the powerful chemical flavor. Drink quickly. 2m2bOH taste like a chemical slurry with a hint of mint. Other people report chemical burps. Since I always add a little ethanol to 2-methyl-2-butanol, I don't notice any chemical burps. At least 2m2bOH doesn't produce toxic metabolites like excess ethanol does. There's barely any hangover. Any mild hangover is due to it being 97% instead of 99.9%(meaning it has a small amount of acetone as an impurity).
