i am on day 3 heroin detox its been hard but ive found this site very good after reading peoples suggestions im getting through it this is the second time for me i relapsed after 6yrs being clean i went down that road it wont hurt a couple times then it was every other day then everyday it grips you and never lets go this thime im married and have had to get through before my marriage goes last time i went cold turkey was on meth that was very hard this time detoxed with just the herbal valerine root and ive kept reading on here thats help you people who want to get clean just read some bits on here it helps massive i know its day 3 but im getting there its hard but just keep in there im starting to feel normal lol i never thought id go back again now i just have to clear the debts i have and i will never look back its lethal stuff KEEP POSTING YOUR EXPIRENCE AS I WILL anyway guys and gals THANKS VERY MUCH FOR YOUR POSTINGS

You're right in the middle now, right when it's going to start and let up. Past day 4 and you're on the home stretch, push it out.
