Thanks to the members who gave advice on getting off Xanax. Am grateful for you advice and help! Mydrugbuddy recommended a legal back up to take to help with the withdrawals. Am waiting for that to arrive today. Great this site exists - as *snip - no listing sources...even if they are all sharks* is all sharks!

You're welcome ZoeCat. I'll let Mydrugbuddy answer you and I'll close the thread. BDD is for fast moving questions and, although this thread could be interesting to develop, it's not the place to do so.
