How is the legal status of Desoxypipradrol and MDAI, Spice and other RCs in Thailand and how does the law react if they catch you selling or possessing drugs that are legal there?

I have been searching like a maniac but come up with nothing other then that Mephedrone is illegal.

I would love u long time if you guys helped me out with some answers =D

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF SELLING ANY TYPE OF DRUG THAT CAN GET YOU HIGH IN THAILAND. doing that sort of thing can land you in jail for a long time or much worse.

I'm not sure about 'legal' highs. but I would not even think about importing something that has questionable legal status into that country. There is a good chance if it is in fact illegal and you are caught they may give you a death sentence.

I would be very wary of even trying 'legal highs' there. The police are likely to assume that it is an illegal drug and either try and extort you or just send you to jail.

As for the legal status... I am not sure, I cannot find an English text on Thai analogue laws. I highly doubt though that the law would come down on your side if you got caught.

^ Yeah DXM is readily available... I hate DXM though so didn't use that. Tramadol, gabapentin and soma are OTC everywhere. In Phuket at least, valium can be bought OTC but be aware that it is illegal to have without a prescription anywhere in Thailand so don't get caught. The police will search you if you are on a bike without a helmet so don't carry it around unnecessarily.

^ Are you fucking kidding? You're going to Thailand to sell drugs?

I really am trying not to be rude here but how fucking dumb are you? For one, BL isn't here to help you use legal loopholes or whatever to sell drugs. Secondly, who would buy DXM pills on the beach? Obviously you are going to try and pass it off as something else... like a jerk.

Thirdly, selling anything in those circumstances yes you will probably run into legal trouble. The Thai police and authorities are not very forgiving; at the very least you will run up a fortune in bribes and spend some time in jail.

When I went to Thailand - the Taxi driver FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE CITY OF BANGKOK SOLD ME POT .. LMAO - he said " the cops do not give a shit - it is all a media sensation in the West " SO we smoked pot in the taxi !!!
