Yeah, USA is a land of contrasts. But so what? You've got the chance to live in CA and not in Texas, and it'll take time before med MJ crosses the land up to the East Coast, and then crosses the Atlantic up to England and then Europe.

But then I can take a trip to Holland and bring back in less than a day two kils of top grade MJ or Nepalese hash with very little risk of being caught, and with a deal on the quantity. Not talking about other fun and quite pure drugs.

But no its not a great state, it is known for its redicolous cruelty to prisoners, the highest execution rate, racism.....Remember George W Bush, the guy who just about single handedly ruined are country and made us hated on the global stage....he was the governor of Texas right?

Im sure theres plenty of kind folk who are just as much as against whats going on in Texas as the rest of the world......but it is an ass backwards state when it comes to the judicial system and attitudes toward "certain things".

Yeah the sentence is harsh and I believe weed should be legal, but come on this guy was a moron just asking to get in trouble with law enforcement. Smoking weed in his car, close to a day car center, with a freaking quarter pound of weed in the car to boot and mine as well drive around with that scale too right? And not to mention this is the second time he has done it. Doesn't seem to smart for someone who has already been convicted twice for felonies. When you flaunt it that much in front of law enforcement your gonna piss them off.
