I have been an avid lifter my whole life on and off, peaks and valleys. They say natural test production begins to decline in your early 30s. The funny thing is, having just turned 32, not even cycling, the past year I have made bigger and better gains than I ever did in my 20's. Anybody else have such an experience? I am tempted to try another cycle with deca or test, but I am gaining so well naturally I hate to mess with it. I know muscle memory may be a part of it, but really, I'm bigger and stronger now within the last year than ever before. Should I continue this natural until I hit plateau, or really go for it? I have also considered trying some of the otc test boosters. People have reported good results with some products. Advice?
I wouldn't waste your money on "test boosters" or things like this. A solid diet plan, and a good workout regime will go a hell of a lot further than those "test boosters". It sounds like (by your words) that you're making some killer gains right now.
However, being 32, you're at the right age to be using Test (as well as the rest of the gear). A 12 week cycle of Test-E/CYP would be pretty damn good, but have your PCT ready to go. If YOU feel like you're ready to jump on the gear, go for it brother. Again, just make sure your body stats, diet, and lifting are all in check, and have that PCT ready to go!
If you were going to run a cycle of gear, go light your first time. Maybe consider a test only cycle. Something like this.
Test-E: 500mg/week (injected once or twice a week) Weeks 1-12
HCG: 500iu/week (injected @ 250iu twice a week) Weeks 1-14 - You could also run the HCG in higher doses for the last couple weeks of your cycle.
PCT:
Clomid: 100mg/day Week 14
Clomid: 50mg/day Week 15
Clomid: 50mg/day Week 16
Clomid: 25-50mg/day Week 17
Nolvadex: 20mg/day Week 14-17
Test E has a longer acting ester, so it's recommended to wait about 2 weeks after the last shot of test before starting PCT. If you don't know what PCT is, send me a PM or ask me here and I'll get back to you, or Guido will.
Cheers,
Kas
