Okay here's my blood work! Damn they don't check my estrogen I guess I gotta ask for that personally.. so annoying! You would think a TRT doctor would check your estrogen levels too but.. my damn endocrinologist sucks ass and he's the only one I can see with Molina health insurance.. lame! Now can someone explain why it says eGFR African 73 and eGFR non African 73 and why the bun/creatinine ratio says non applicable? Do I go based off the non african number? Is that my number since I am non African? I know stupid question but I'm just trying to understand. I'm African below the waist if that counts lmaoooo anyways now I feel like a dumb blonde so I'm gonna go hit the gym or catch up on some book reading because spending too much time reading shit online has caused my eyes to be dry and irritated! The computer is way too addicting though! Let me know if something is off or if I need to be worried about any of those numbers. I don't know how to read blood work and by now I should seeing as how Ive been on TRT since 2014 and my damn doctor still won't raise my dose to 150-200mgs. 100mgs is crap of Test Cyp.. but that's just me!

Wow damn I'm sorry dude my bloodwork is waaaaaay simpler than that I basically just have a bunch of hormones on there.
Mine says.
LH <0.1 L
FSH <0.1 L
Oestradiol <88
Testosterone 10.9
Calculated Free Testosterone 183 L
SHBG 44
My prior bloodwork showed this (when we drastically reduced my Testosterone dose by over 2/3 to fix the overdose issue
LH 0.8
FSH 3.9
Oestradiol 94
Testosterone 4.6 L
Calculated Free Testosterone 87
SHBG 31
As you can see, a matter of months can make an enourmous difference. My levels are taken in the 'trough' between my doses at the week prior to my scheduled injection, so it shows the lower levels for my testosterone.
However, I've been considering switching to a 9 weekly shot instead of 10 weekly as I'm not entirely comfortable with going *below* the suggested level for my Testosterone before I'm due for another shot. I want to be just above it, or in a comfortable area.
This is all very hit and miss with things, you need to learn as much as you can about your specific unique situation. I can't help you too much because I'm not using hormones for the same reason you are. Even when I played sport I wasn't deliberately trying to dose higher due to unwanted side effects. I want a pretty standard dose, nothing crazy, and once I've got my specialised dose I'm happy. You're using it for completely different, no less valid reasons. There just isn't a hugely valid comparison. I'm assigned female and taking HRT, you're assigned male and cycling using a hormone you develop. Our bodies will function veeeeery differently.
However, what I can offer is advice on the many different types of testosterone therapy available as I have tried many of them over my almost 10 years on hormones and have developed a good list of the ups and downs. And I can tell you this - get your fucking estrogen checked asap man. Never, ever forget about estrogen. It can do nuts without you even realising.
