testing? the rules

Okay...
when I lived in FL, I never worried about my pills cause the friend I got them from always new before he would sell them. Never doubted him. He always took them first!!!
Now I am looking into the test! My question is, when do you test? I mean, do you pay this person how ever much for however many pills then test them and find out they are bunk? It just seems like you would test them first, but God, isn't that the rudest thing!
Call me dumb, but I had to ask.

I would test them before I bought them. If the seller wouldn't let me test them first, then I would not buy them.

Not the rudest thing, now you are in charge.
There are loads of people trying to make money from people with bunk !!!
All sorts of bunk, from harmless substances to dangerous chemicals, for instance PMA and DXM.
If the dealer won't let you test, the dealer sux.
Actually, you should tell the dealer to test when he buys !!!
