Testing kits

I have never used one but woud like to start, however I ws told that they no longer work and just give positive readings to any chemical in the MDMA and can't tell you what it may be cut with. Is this true?
 
That's bullshit.
Yes they still work.
I think they do become less effective over time because the chemicals aren't as fresh, but that takes a really long time, and I'm not even sure that's true.
 
Thanks for that. What are the most reliable or widely used kits? Also, how do they work?
 
They're just chemical reagent tests.
Different drugs react differently with each chemical.

Just as a quick follow up on this - theres a new kit on the market that can be used for testing for certain piperazines! If you just follow the link on the top of the page on Pillreports for details.

If your after a quick and easy one step kit then buy a marquis - you can test for speed, dxm, 2cx and MDxx.

If however you want to test for further substances like PMA, Ketamine etc then you need to buy further kits.

They are very easy to use, put a tiny scraping of your pill on a non pourous surface (say a plate - or an upturned soda can if your out and about), add one drop of solution and match the colour to the chart supplied.

MDxx will turn the marquis a purple to almost jet black.
