Hey. I purchased a Enlighten - Marquis, Mandelin and Simon's Kit on the 8/4 and it is now the 16/4 and I still haven't recieved it, payed via credit card, pay pal.
I have emailed

And I have called this number

And I have had no reply from any of these and the number just goes to sms message bank.
They do say on there website that emails are usually replied to in a few hours, well its been days and still no reply.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with enlighten ? As I'm sure the kit should have arrived by now.
I rand the post office just incase the postal slip was lost, and for them to see If they have anything but they can't look unless I can tell them how it was sent
