How accurate are MDMA testing kits? Because i've read that there can just be a small trace of MDMA in a pill, enough to fool the test. Does this mean that a testing kit is kind of pointless? Are there any kits that will tell you how pure a pill is? :D

It doesn't test purity directly, but the faster the color change the more pure the substance is

There still the best thing that a home user can buy to protect themselves from adulterated pills.

Yeah there are a lot of 'combo' pills around where there is a small amount of MDMA usually mixed with piperazines. The thing with these is they hardly ever give the same result as a real MDMA pill will. The reactions are watery/streaky/blotchy etc.

They dont tell you how pure the pill - if you get a fast black reaction and fizzing then chances are its going to be a strong pill.

Some pills can contain primarily tfmpp + bzp and have a bit of MDMA in it to make the test turn black and whatnot. I don't believe this is terribly common.
