Testing for methylone

What reagent detects methylone and what color does it turn? Will methylone show a false-positive for MDMA on any reagent tests?

According to EZTest page

Marquis will turn yellow in presence of methylone, so it should be very easy to differentiate from MDMA

Does the yellow turn to brownish-orange? or stay yellowish?

the only one that will appear the same as MDMA is simons, as they are both secondary amines.
