testing Capsules?

How would u test Capsules? i have a ez test but never used it, how would i test these thanks

If you can pull the capsule apart carefully, sprinkle out a little and test it. If you can't do it easy, without it falling out everywhere, do it right before you take it.

if you cant get the capsule apart somtiems it easier to poke a hole in the cap with a pin and squeeze it till a tiny amount of powder comes out
