have cyst on one of my testicleless have had it 4 yaer now ad it rarely hurts but timestimes it does. it does like last night ach

A doctor gave me a ulrsoujd on it and show nothing abnormal. But it like another doctor to confirm that i ok

Yeah I have one of them too. It's normally fine unless it gets knocked then it hurts. Ultrasound confirmed.

Doc says its pretty small and doesn't need cut out. Hopefully be like that forever.

I'm sure you can get second opinion. How big is it? Can you live with the occasional ache or are you considering surgery?
