I've reagent tested pills for 6 years or so. I always look for a purple colour with Marquis. I've had piperazine (and god knows what) pills with some additive to try and fool Marquis test kits that make it go jet black in just a couple of seconds. After I swirl the reagent I always look for a dark purple on the edges. It's it's just black then this is a very bad sign and means it's not MDxx. Look for a nice quick and strong blue reaction to Simons in a less than 6sec as an indicator to back up that's it's either MDMA, MDEA, MBDB(so rare these days). If not Robadope is less sensitive but a decent little scraping should make quite a noticeable orange/red. Try agrain with new spot of Robadope and a larger scraping if unsure. Wait 2mins to be sure.

I would say get used to the taste of MDxx. It has that strong bitter chemical taste. Especially MDMA it is the strongest. Soon after putting on the tongue you can tell if it's strong bitter taste or not. MDEA is usually just a little milder bitter taste but so similar and same with MDA. All other drugs that are likely to be in dogey pills I've tasted such as piperzines, speed, 2C-x, methylone, 4-MMC, ect take different to the MDxx taste. Don't go on taste alone but together with a test kit it can help to give you a good idea of what's in it or what's not right.

It is strongly bitter chemical taste. Especially methylenedioxy methamphetamine that is the strongest. Soon after, in the tongue, you can tell, if it is a strong bitter taste or not.Tera Items MDEA is usually just a small mild bitterness, but so similar, the same with the MDA.
