Test to identify shrooms

Is there a chemical test to identify shroom.
I read about ehrlich test has anybody test shroom with this

I read an article on time on the Melzers (spellcheck?) reagent being able to distinguish different types of fungi, but as far as determining whether one has psychedelic qualities or not, I think mycological and field experience is what most base their findings off of. There are well known forums (not here) on the internet that you can post pics for others with a bit more experience than you or I to attempt to ID your find. Do alot of research, theres alot of field tests you can do as well to narrow it down. Hope this helps
