Masteron is amazing if you have a body fat percentage below 8%. You shouldn't be using it by itself either, you should always have some form of Testosterone as a base, that would get rid of your impotency problems and the Masteron would become worth it. As far as prostate enlargement, there are pharmaceuticals and OTC supplements out there to help with that. I use Saw Palmetto and it works- A while back when I was on another cycle all of a sudden I noticed one day that I could not urinate without straining myself. Within 3 weeks of using the Saw Palmetto I could piss normally. Being sexually active as well (be it having sex with your girlfriend or masturbating) helps with keeping the prostate from enlarging.
