21 years old, 6 feet 210lbs
I swim two miles daily and lift four times a week always high reps, I hit every muscle group every week but I switch it up based on what's more sore. I'm joining the coast guard and I want to be a rescue swimmer.
I go into basic training in the middle of september and I want to be in the best shape of my life by the time I show up there.
So here's the plan.
Test prop 2 times a week
oral winny one pill a day
and HCG 2 times a week
Also NO2 before workouts and dark matter after.
I want to run it for at least two months not counting pct. In order to be a rescue swimmer I'm probably gonna have to drop some weight, so I'm planning on upping my swimming to 3 miles daily and throwing in some biking and running on non lifting days.
So what do you think, good idea? should I add something or take something out or just completely forget juicing and do it all natty.
I can get anything so that's not a problem, if there's something that will be better for what I want to do please give me a heads up.
I've run Halo/stanzabol and tren/stanzabol before and gained size that I still have to this day, but this time I want to do everything completely right and get the best results out of it.
I'm debating running test sust instead of test prop, my cycle probably wont start for another couple weeks as I'm still working out the finer points of my plan for the summer.
So what do you think, if you need to know anything else please let me know.
