drink like 1-2 liters of water before your test just to be sure. And make sure that you dont pee in it right away go in the toilet first then about midstream go in the cup.

you're more than fine...
a week is sufficient to cleanse your system (give or take a couple days)
piece of advice: do not use any sort of chemicals to cleanse your system, they actually test for that shit too now

A week definately isn't sufficient for THC to leave your system but since it's been over a month you'll be fine.
