Tepentadol

Hi there, what is the recreational dosage of Tapentadol. i'm thinking equivelant of 300mg dihydricodeine.

I have a high opiate tolerance, i'm prescribed 140mg of methadone. I can handle lots of difs except for the itching so i don't want a high dose that will be that uncomfortable.

I'd like to add promethizine to it. so how much of of tapentadol along with how much promethizine should be good?

Citizen_snips when I read your post it could mean your intending to take the Tapentadol on top of your Methadon. Or maybe your are you skipping your dose or currently not on it. And it is merely a indication of your tolerance.

Not an expert on opoids so let wait for some more knowledgeable people to add their comments on it. but some clarification would be usefull in my case.
