it's very simple, just take the amount you have in grams and times it by 1000

1g = 1000mg = 1000000ug (micrograms)

The only reason I wasn't sure is I can eat .3 of molly that test good . but I roll harder off pills that range from 80 to 150 mg. I would think I would roll harder off .3/300mg
