Temezepam doses?

What would be considered a recreational dose for someone with a mild tolerance. I have never gotten a good high from benzos but hear this one is great...

Without any tolerance I only use 7.5mg, I couldn't really say what a good dose for a somewhat tolerant person would be.

I haven't used any benzos in months though.

I'm tolerant....very much so......moreso now anymore.......15 to 30mgs is standard. If you want a high 60mgs should be just fine but don't use anything else ontop of it unless you're well aware of outcomes

60-80mg's but it depends what a "medium tolerance" is.... can you hold 3-4mg xanax... 50mg valium?
