temazpam and mdma

Hey gangstas, was wondering if having half half a standard temazpam (5mg) whilst coming up on mdma or before hand, to treat the anxious feelings you sometimes get, be ok for you.

IME thats not enough temazepam to even do anything, and mixing benzos with stims sucks imo
 
Maybe a standard 10mg dosage then. I take it when I have lsd and it helps with that initial anxiety period.

Thought that it may not be the best for the old ticker, but I guess its really not that much.
 
because IME (and i have used temazepam plenty in my days) benzos+stims dont really work
you either a. dont take enough benzo to actually do anything/has no effect
or b. the benzo overpowers the stim and you are just like...not sober but not tweaked but not benzod out
30mg of temazepam put me right out asleep even though i took 80mg of d-amphetamine at the same time, and D-amp is a much stronger stim than MDMA...
 
i've taken xanax with MDMA for this exact reason before. I wouldn't say that the benzo overpowers the MDMA, in fact you get just as high IME. It definitely takes away the anxiety post roll, the thing is though I have realized that afterwards I don't remember much of my roll (Xanax does this to me and others too I'm guessing lol). With Temezepam I would say it is not as strong and doesn't have that memory loss effect as much so I would say this may be a good idea. I have always had a great time mixing the two, I just don't remember much and I'm not sure if it is 'safe' to mix benzos with MDMA.
 
It certainly can take the edge off (though my experience was 500 mg mdma and 20 mg diazapam.) But you just feel more sober if anything, best saved for the coming down stage!
 
Xanax would probably be way to strong for me to try during come up.

Benzodiazepines on the come down are most enjoyable. I'll have a temaz on come up and a Xanax on come down.
 
I wouldn't take benzo with MDMA together anyway....later yes...

As pill comes on I wait till initial come up passes then I roll a fat joint! This for me is bliss!
