Benzos Temazepam

I have been using temazepam over the last week recreationally. Not advised. i feel fine today just wish i stuck to the 3 days in a row max rule and at least a week break as benzos shouldnt be messed with lightly. Any how can i expect any major withdrawls i understand temazpam doesnt have a long half life and since am feeling ok now im hoping i wont feel too bad. I have had an addiction with valium and went threw some nasty withdrawls and think id have learned about messing with benzos. I have a stash of some valium but dont want to touch these unless I start feeling real bad as i dont want to pro long the wd but dont want to suffer too much. I think it will be safe to just go straight and see how i feel. But can I expect any wds.? I must have took about 16 20mg over the week some nights just 1 some 2 or 3 and 4 once.

Apart from possible rebound insomnia, I'd say you should be in the clear. A week is not a long time and 16x20mg is not a huge amount.
 
thanks think i just needed a little bit of reassurance. probably due too past benzo horrors. think ill be ok with sleep as i got weed for night time. just with it being the hols got a little carried away. Cant stress how much benzo can mess u up if not used properly and responsibly. I learned the hard way with valium b4 and should be more careful. No more benzos for me for a bit me thinks.
