30 mg of Temazepam is the dose I would recommend recreationally, especially for the first time. But with beer? Don't even take it. Temaz'ies are a high-powered hypnotic benzo and are not meant in any way to be combined with alcohol. Save one or the other for another time.

When sober, 30-60 is the best rec. dose. The closer to 60 you get, the more likely you are to fall asleep.

i usually have 60-80mg with 6 or 8 full strength beers at night , not every night , but most .

i have a bit of a benzo tolerance though .

never though that combo wld be THAT much of a threat . my boozehead mates drop 2-3 zan bars after big nights at the pub . i shld word them up b4 one of them does themself a mischeif

I LOVE temazepam to death and I paid the price of addiction for it. I still love it, I don't use such large quantites or as often though.
alot better then all the other bzs.
