Temazepam

For a non-female, 60mg is really the practical starting dose for temezapam. Strange things happen past the 120mg mark where powerfull memory lapses occur and 5 minutes can feel like an hour. Care should be taken when exceeding 150mg, and avoid taking with other sedatives. Temezapam black-outs have unpleasant hangovers.
 
If you have never down temazepam before then I suggest you don't take 60mg like suggested above. All that is going to do is make you pass the fuck out. I would start out with 30-45 mg's tops & take it from there...
 
i agree with noriega i have taken temazepam in 20 an 30 mg contained in gelcaps which are ment for fast absorption and they make you dizzy like no benzo does. kinda like a high dose of ghb.
i am thinking 60 mg for a non tolarant user would be a bit like .... ow i think i will hed of to bed if you catch my drift.
 
I've never personaly really liked temaz myself but I'd aggree with the above.
BUT be careful with benzos in general, I find you get effect but then they continue to get stronger, understand?
Remember to wait a while before dosing yourself again.

If you had two 15 mg temazepam caps, would you take them both at once or on two separate occasions? Oh, and this hypothetical "you" has never used any benzos before.

Sorry, 60mg would be too much for a virgin depressant user. I personally find little recreational effects at 15,30,45mg, but am somewhat tolerant to the effects of GHB. For a normal drug user who likes john gotti (heroin), anything lower than 60mg would seem extremely limp-dick.
 
temazepam isn't really that strong. the only time i took it was 75mg and i felt it mildly, this was with not much tolerance to benzos. so i dont see why 60mg would be a bad starting dose.
 
As with all "how many of benzo X should I take" you aren't going to get a good answer. It seems quite evident that differnt people have widely varying responses to benzos.
Even non-tolerant it takes like 4-6mg of xanax to have much of a noticeable psychological effect on me (anxiolytic effects start somewhat lower but unless I am paying close attention they can slip away unnoticed). 16mgs of klonopin will cause me to be a little groggy and sleep for a couple hours. Other people will lose all memory and be highly sedated from like 3mg of xanax so go figure.
This is also evident if you look at the prescribing info. The initial dose range often goes up to 8x the minimum starting dose.
