temazepam gone bad?

I just took a few temazepam and realised afterwards that there is somethinf floating in the capsules. Like they kristalised. They are out of the original package, i keep them in a little plastic bag.

Is it still safe to take them?

Temazepam has a long shelf-life, you should be fine. Just make sure they are real.

if you got them at a pharmacy, take them to the pharmacist (or your doctor), show them, and if you're worried, just trade them for a new batch

How old are they?

I am pretty sure temazepam keeps well if you are careful to store it away from moisture.
