I've been talking to some friends today about snorting a crushed temazepam tablet, just wondering if it is possible and what to expect if it is?

Will you get higher, No

Will you get as high, No.

You get almost complete bioavailability swallowing temazepam, no other ROA will be better, IV aside but thats incredibly unsafe.

this may be a noob question but how much would give a good nights sleep for a 11stone 5'6 guy. no alcohol, thc or stims taken today.

edit: just had 20mg to stay safe, swallowed not snorted

Don't snort it. It's pointless to snort benzos.

I snorted half a temaze once and I got an effect, though it was probably the nasal drip... as above I don't really recommend it.

Snorted some of the temazepam I was prescribed because MDPV has left me with a little snorting fetish...

It is pointless and won't get you higher. Crush+swallow instead

Its true its one of the best benzo buzzes you can come across IMO, although you have to dose kind of alot compared to other benzos.

I would say 40 to 60 mg for a good buzz if you have a small to no benzo tolerance

It's not even worth it to chew them or take the powder in the capsule sublingually....
eat it straight dude, it works the best in every way.

i've just got 10mg solid pills, does chewing/breaking them up before swallowing make much differance?

anyone know if tramadol reacts well with this? thinking of 50mg tram with 40mg temaz.

Should be pretty nice if you don't have tolerance, you might have to do a little better on the tramadol side.

what do you think 100mg of tram with 40 of temazepam would be like? also snort or swallow the tram capsules?

Swallow everything.

You will sleep like a charm.
Just be sure not to go to sleep too early as you will wake up in the middle of the night.
