Temazepam and Valium Together

Just a quick question: I got a goodie bag of mixed valium and Temazepam. I have just taken 50mg (10x5mg) Valium and I want to take some Temazepam. I have 20mg Temazepam tablets btwif that helps. How many Temazepam should I take?

BTW I am on day one of a heroin withdrawal using Subutex as my support aid medication.

I was wondering will 1 20mg tablet of Temazepam be enough or will I need more.

In my opinion, 50 mg diazepam is a good place to be. I don't reccomend you take any temazepam on that unless you cannot sleep, in that case 15/30 mg should do it ; )

That sounds like the BEST goodie bag for heroin w/d. I would take personally with a tolerance like 3 10mgs maybe 4 and like 2 temazies and be asleep soon after

Eh. When I combine temazepam with other benzos (especially clonazepam and diazepam) I get really dysphoric reactions - for instance, i'll get this feeling in the veins of my extremities that they are filled with air or something - the feeling is unsettling, to put it more simply. And during heroin detox, you just NEED to sleep. The unsettling feeling prevents me from sleeping, although with all that on top of buprenorphine you should be out anyway. But really, 50mg of Valium is akin to 5mg Xanax (2.5 bars) with no tolerance. Should be no reason to add anything else, IMO.

I'm so good with stuff like this, and yeah, the benzs and temazis really have taken away all tje wd's but this is the first time trying with them.
