Temazepam and Diazepam in urine

Hey, the friday just gone i took 560mg of Temazepam and yesterday took 140mg of Diazepam. i get tested on the 31st January for benzo and I need to be positive otherwise I don't get my script. I have some urine in a bottle kept in a dark place for this test, but am worried it will break down before i do the the urine test. does anyone know if it will pass? or if i should freeze some urine till the day of the test defrost it and warm it up. any help would be great. thanks

Use google and you can find the answer easily.

Benzodiazepines are detectable in the urine for 3 days after therapeutic use and for 4 – 6 weeks after chronic term use. It is detectable in hair for 90 days after cessation and in blood for 6 – 48 hours.

Drug testing questions are not allowed.
