Temazepam a possible benzo to counter a bad trip?

I know that temazepam is one of the weakest benzos and not really good for much else other than going to sleep but I was wondering if it would be possible to use it to snuff a bad trip in the same way as other benzos?

I would guess it'll be okay as a tripkiller. Anything sedating/hypnotic should slow down the mind..

i've never tried temazepam as a trip stopper... however, i feel i should say that temazepam feels pretty trippy to me in its own way. at least for a benzo.

i've couple times used 20-30mg to help calm me down from a trip, definitely works, infact on 30mg, at the peak of a 40mg 2c-e trip, i felt my eyes closing themselvs and it was quite difficult to stay awake. I've only ever used 10mg Valium once for a trip calmdown, and i'd say 30mg temaz worked better then 10mg valium for me

Temazepam is far from being one of the "weakest" benzos. In fact, it is one of the most abuseable benzos. If by weakest you mean less potent, then yes. But that's not really relevant.

Anyway, basically all benzos do the same thing with psychedelics. What you want to watch out for is blackouts, which are very possible with stimulating psychs. You don't want to wake up in an embarrasing situation. I suggest you pick the benzo you are most familiar with.

I second Jamshyd's opinion because temazepam is one of the most euphoric benzos.
