Well when you're desperate and dont know anyone else, it doesn't leave you with much of an option.

I understand that when u are on hard drugs u will buy something crappy if u cant find the better stuff, but would you go back to a dealer if they had good stuff when you first met them , then it all fell off and you stopped going to them but then they told you they had good stuff again ? i figure if it fell off the first time and they told u it was still good when it wasnt that they will tell u anything to get u to come back

Depends on the dealer. Obviously you always want to be polite about it.

But if I hardly know the dealer, I won't say shit and I just move on to the next one.

If it is somebody that I have been dealing with for a while and consistently gets high quality product, and I end up with shit, obviously I will say something. I've never run into any problems doing this.
