I took some clean pills last weekend and although I was clenching a bit, i had a ton of gum in my mouth etc etc.
The next day, my jaw felt completely fine except now when I drink cold stuff, my teeth ache/hurt like crazy. Does anyone else get this?
What are ways to get rid of this pain?

I've never heard of this but try using some Sensodyne tooth paste. Its specifically made to help with what you're describing.

Well all the sugar alcohol in the gum and the dry mouth from the ecstacy cause existing cavitys to get worse to the point they bother you now?
Maybe you cracked a tooth?
Maybe you should see a dentist.

With your last roll, you may have worn some of your enamel to the point where it is either worn away completely in some spots and the dentin is exposed or it is close to this point. The underlying dentin in a live tooth is highly sensitive to any stimulus. If you grind regularly you may also have slight gum recession which can lead to sensitivity. Sensodyne is a great option but keep in mind it can take up to one month for it to take full effect. Don't stop using because you don't get relief immediately.

Is it all your teeth that feel cold sensitive or just the ones in the back of your mouth? A cracked tooth is unlikely given your symptoms, you would feel pain upon clenching in/around a specific tooth.

I did not imagine I would see such a helpful post in a topic named "teeth enamel is weird..." Bravo.

Teeth get bruised like other bones in the body. It happens. I had a very similar problem with a back molar after a night of partying. I thought I had cracked a tooth. I went to see the dentist and she told me that I probably just bruised/agitated my tooth. It felt fairly painful to eat and drink but went away after a couple weeks.

thanks for all the info. Its definitely not cracked, and the pain is slowly going away. I'm gonna go buy that sensodyne toothpaste.

this happens to me everytime i roll. It kills me when i brush my teeth for like two weeks after i roll and my teeth get very sensitive for two weeks also. It goes away and using the sensodyne toothpaste helps. its from the grinding.
