Visited the dentist and he stressed that I buy a $300 mouth guard to wear at night when sleeping. He said that it was a matter of time that my teeth would be badly damaged because of my grinding. Of course, he's under the impression that it's grinding when I'm asleep. I didn't tell him that I'm a hardcore grinder when rolling balls.
I grind very bad when on x. My teeth are so fucking sore and sensitive the following few days or so. This grinding has caught up to me because my teeth are so bad, as my dentist told me.
I have tried magnesium but it didn't seem to help. Has anyone ever overcome their grinding issues by being aware of it? By constantly reminding yourself not to grind and relax while rolling? I'm thinking of maybe carrying a full can of mints or something and always having a mint balanced lightly between my teeth.. I don't know I'm just trying to find solutions
