This woman was just as ignorant as the little brats who shot her! I am not defending the actions of these children however i will say that this woman had to be pretty ignorant and maybe str8 up stupid for saying shit like that......it is pretty easy to pull a trigger and its pretty easy to run your mouth, an intelligent person would have walked away without making a scene and would most likely still be alive.... i will again repeat that i DO NOT CONDONE THE ACTIONS OF THESE YOUTHS, but this lady should have known better.

lol this is typical of just about every mainstream news article posted in North America. It doesnt matter if its a story about a dog that saved a women from being raped or a story about the middle east. Most comments are bashing Obama or the usual "fuck the left its their fault, no fuck you its the rights fault, ah dur me thinks if abortion was illegial non of this wouldnt happen, or its because noone follows those good old christian values anymore, yada yada yada. Reading the comments sections really gives you little hope for humanity lol everyone is so fucking stupid.

And about the comments being mostly right wing, this is another general rule about north american media, basically every station is bias and used more as a mouth peice for whichever party they favor than a legit news station (fox being the most obvious) therefore they end up with most of there followers sharing the same views. Hell russian tv is more informative of all sides than most north american stations ( at least with issues going on in the west lol)

Whats partisan about the second paragraph? I dont believe I said its only the right or left that does it. Both right leaning and left leaning media is the same each where all the blame is on the other side. Fox is mearly an example
 
Pennsylvania is a pretty sizeable state compared to others and you have to understand that the state is basically Pittsburgh in the west, Philly in the southeast, and everything in between is pretty much Northern Texas.

You have the occasional semi-large city which will have a sizeable minority population like Allentown or Easton but for the most part it is pretty standard rural redneck fare in PA outside of Philly or Shittsburgh

which is why PA is such a "swing state" in politics

high electoral vote number + diverse political opinions = battleground state

Ohio is in the same boat

I don't think the death penalty would have much of an effect on murder rates either. If you kill someone, you're pretty much aware that your life is fucked if you get caught so you just try your best not to get caught.

I doubt if you bring in the death penalty gangsters will stop before they shoot someone and think "Wait a second, killing somebody may have major consequences for me. I don't think I'll do it."
