Well this dealer was mad dumb... Didn't think the shit out. I mean this isn't right but he could of beat her up into a pulp and got assault charges but now he has murder charges. Therefore, the war on drugs gets the blame for the first stage of this.
Then, the woman snitched to save her skin.
Not cool. She was 19, very young but old enough to know the risks of snitching.
She did not deserve to die, however. No one deserves to die for snitching, I would say.
So, just as the drug war punished her for something unfair, she recieved an unfair punishment from the dealer for snitching.
Now, he will go to jail for 15 years for murder. He does deserve that, at least.

But it really all comes back to the fact that, without the drug war, nobody would have been in trouble in the first place.

This story is true and I think you guys will find it interesting and extremely sick at the same time. Just as I began to say Karma is a bunch of bullshit 2 days later this happens.

I used to live in a small ass town, We are talking 5000 people.. a town where everyone knew your business regardless of what it was. Thank God I have moved away from there years ago.

There was this person lets call him 'Judas', For years he literally had immunity the small time $26,000 a year cops knew he was a narcotics user along with selling oxycontin & morphine. This went on for about a decade.

Every time he would get into trouble, He would snitch . To the police he was more valuable on the street doing what they are paid to do setting up busts and such. Like I said, This was an extremely small town if this took place in Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, Atlanta, Philadelphia Hell any big city... He would of been found in a dumpster years ago. His mother suffered a lot of ailments so she got BIG Scripts. I havent talked to this guy (hes in his mid to late 20s) in years, but I grew up with him and literally knew him since he was 5 years old. I never trusted him and knew if I kept hanging out with him it was just a matter of time.

Years went by with no contact, out of the blue 2 weeks ago right before Christmas I get a phone call anyways I never answered it. Fast Forward about a week later I get a phone call from my best friend (who he also setup). He setup a lot of my close personal friends atleast 5 of them, All Good People most who just smoked pot. He even went out of his way to do a bust right next to a school, Long Story Short He was Fucked and never spoke to me again, Even though I told him on numerous occassions do Not Deal with 'Judas' hes gonna get you into trouble. Being Dopesick, He met him the following day 16 people were arrested. Most who I knew and knew deep down he was the reason these people were sitting in jail, and looking at Felonies on their records.

'Judas' could give 2 shits, I tried a few times to get him to admit what he did and his response was always the same.. I WOULD NEVER SNITCH ON ANYONE I`M NO SNITCH.

Anyways a few days ago, what goes around comes around He was arrested selling a few oxycontin tablets to an undercover informant supposably he also had weed on him as well. The guy does have priors. With this guy you never got the full story so I never knew much, but a few years ago he sold weed to an undercover (god knows what other type of shit happened with him). Same guy who drove got stoned off coke and drove into someones house.

With the marijuana incident his bail was $500 bucks, They just *BARELY* AND I MEAN BARELY WERE ABLE TO GET THE 500 BUCKS. This time it was $25,000 so $2500 I extremely highly doubt bail will be made. My question is, Will 'Judas' since not being able to make bail have to sit in jail and wait for his court date or what?

Also what kind of trouble do you think hes looking at. If I had to guess, He is probably responsible for having 25-30 people arrested maybe more. The last I heard he was in jail like I said my questions are the following


1) If his ass cant make bail, Does he sit in jail until his court hearing?

2) What type of trouble is he looking into, Please take into consideration he has prior convictions.


I`m very grateful he doesn't know where I live. I do not do anything that would get me into trouble but hes the type of person who would plant something in your house while your in the bathroom or something... complete scum of the Earth.

Any information is appreciated, I am not a vengeful person but if anyone deserves to get into trouble its this guy. He has ruined so many peoples lives without blinking an eye lash.

I'm pretty sure what he was trying to say is vague feeling of depression and anxiety lead someone to try drugs in the first place. The drug war exponentially increases the harms caused by drugs causing a person to get into a negative loop cycle. Its hard not to feel depressed/anxious/paranoid when you're highly dependent on a substance that would result in yourself being locked away for 10-20 years. In order to ease those feeling you take more drugs. Either you get caught and spend a large portion of your life in jail for a victim-less crime or you seek treatment which leaves you in debt. Both of those result in long lasting stigma as well. The other option is to go through a painful wd that makes it hard to function in work, relationships, and other normally easy daily activities.

He'll sit in jail until his court hearing.... That's what my mom had to do when she couldn't make bail (no not in jail for anything crazy long story) and she has to be in county for a month over a 250 dollar bond... PA is so fucked up they wouldn't allow out of state family to pay it and I couldn't pay it cause I was locked up in placement /: so yeah she got dummy dates over and over until her actual court hearing.

If you don't make bail you get moved to general populous to await your court date, then when you go to court if you get convicted they give you time served if you get let off they kick you out on your ass on the street. Time served would be like if you got a 10 month sentence and had awaited trial in county for a month, your sentence would become 9 months.

And no one can say how much trouble he's in. Maybe a lot. Maybe he'll snitch again and not be in any.

Edit- Stayfaded beat me to it. But yeah, it's bullshit that they can hold you for so long without a conviction, but that's how it is.
