TDS Social vs. where Darksiders come to play

Well I don't know how it happened but last night I passed out while watching the walking dead on my desktop, and woke up 10 minutes into the next episode, and then woke up in my room. Hm... Way too tired.

How are you all today? =D
 
everybody is dying, one way or another. always been happening, except now the internet & mass media puts it in our collective faces consistently.

In some places, it just comes a little easier and unexpectedly. people kill people just fine on their own, or they die alone. don't blame it on policy or drugs or guns. the condition runs deeper than all that, and no social program or awareness will ever make it otherwise.

maybe you died for a minute cause of the show

i am good but sleep deprived =p it is very windy and snowy here though so when i finally crash i will have some nice sounds to soothe my ears.
 
Nah seriously ix, since the welfare reforms and energy price increases, food bill increases, no jobs and less benefits the lower income families/elderly/disabled etc are seriously suffering. I am severely in debt since my accident. I am going to move out of this country in a few years, my town is extremely racially segregated, full of complete nobheads and not a nice place for my son to grow up, and the better areas are way too expensive for my current situation so i want to gtfo of here.

But you are right about the media etc amplifying the knowledge of something that has been going on for a long period of time, I found out about the 4 deaths from my social worker and she agrees with my views.

I am good thanks bad, do you feel well rested after your marathon sleep heh
 
which parts? I've been to Germany, France, and Italy. I've compared/contrasted enough times. It's all the same, but on different scales. eh.... just give it a name. 8)
 
Ooh, political debate in the TDS social! I am definitely staying out of this one :D

Sorry I've not been about much, and may not be about regularly for a short while - spilt water over my laptop and it's died :( Luckily my hard drive survived, all my photos of Dave were on there.. thank goodness my dad has got them off! On a borrowed one for a bit, and it's on it's last legs, so apologies if I vanish again..

"stating a fact" is an attempt to persuade someone else of a belief that you hold... and thats also the definition of an argument

Hi TNW! I do like a good political discussion, but we've got a pretty varied group here, and we need to be particularly careful not to step on any toes. So politics aren't a forbidden topic per se, but usually quietly avoided :)

caught an earlier post and thought shit, thats along the same line of thought i have.... Nice to have ya ova here in TDS territory, as dave said great bunch of folks... Have always wanted to get into the philosophy & spituality forums but for some reason havnt quite made it there....
Well wishes to everyone, i gotta take my kid out somewhere today, my girlfriend gonna get me a new band shirt (I'm thinking Marylon Manson) and its finaly sunny here today... About fucking time. Got complaints today but il save em for the venting place a little later....
